Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Response Brands LLC (“Response Brands,” “we,” “our”) governing your use of the Violet voice agent service, callviolet.com, and related tools (the “Service”).

Description of Service

The Service provides an AI voice agent trained on your business, lead qualification, appointment booking, SMS and voice follow-up, database reactivation, and human coordinator confirmation of booked appointments.

Account / Registration

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.

Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a month-to-month subscription at the price displayed during signup. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. No setup fees. No per-minute billing.

The Guarantee

We guarantee 10 verified, human-confirmed appointments on your calendar in your first 30 days of active service. If we do not deliver 10 verified appointments, your next month of service is provided at no charge. The guarantee requires that you:

• Maintain active lead generation (paid ads, organic, referrals, etc.) throughout the guarantee period.
• Provide timely access to calendars, lead sources, and CRM.
• Respond to any onboarding or operational requests from our team within one business day.

Your Responsibilities

• Comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding calls and SMS messages.
• Obtain consent from leads and customers as required by law.
• Keep your business rules, service area, and pricing information accurate and up to date.

Acceptable Use

You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to harass or deceive consumers, or to transmit content that infringes the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content associated with the Service are owned by Response Brands LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Response Brands’ total liability arising from the Service is limited to amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Response Brands from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms or for non-payment.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Palm Beach County, Florida, USA. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
