- Communications — recordings and transcripts of calls with Violet, SMS messages, and emails exchanged with our team.
- Usage data — pages visited, buttons clicked, device and browser data, IP address, and timestamps.
How We Use It
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Respond to leads, qualify prospects, book appointments, and confirm bookings on your behalf.
- Send service-related communications by phone, SMS, or email.
- Detect fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
How We Share It
We share information only as needed to operate the Service: with telephony/SMS providers (for call routing and messaging), hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, and our human coordinators who confirm appointments. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information for as long as needed to deliver the Service and meet our legal, regulatory, and accounting obligations. Call recordings are retained for a rolling 90-day window unless a longer period is required by law or agreed to in writing.
